* Our reservation is based on "First Come First Served" concept.

* Deposit 50% of the total per unit rates and total per night, or full payment of the per unit rates and total night, is required to secure a reservation booking.

* Deposit must be reaching us within 24hrs to confirm reservation.

* Deposit booking is not refundable for any cancellation.

* Any transfer made, please CALL ,EMAIL or SMS to inform us.

* Upon receive, we will confirm your booking & details via sms or email.

* Balance of rental fee must be paid One (1) week prior to departure.

Walk In and Walk Out Rule

* Our Hotel Apartment Is No Have Reception.

* Please contact us made appointment before arrived apartment for check-in.

* Our Staff Will Wait At Guard House Apartment, Bring Guests Check-in.

* Check In Time: 3.00pm

* Check Out Time: 12.00pm

* Pay the balance + RM100 security deposit in cash per apartment upon check-in and is refundable upon check out - we will hand over the key.

* Additional Mattress Set is chargeable at RM50 per night.

* Upon check out, meet we at the same place to handover the key.


House Rule

* Max 6 adults, no limit for children. ( 3 Room Family type apartment )

* Max 8 adults, no limit for children. ( 3 Room Deluxe type apartment )

* Extra adults will be charged RM 30.00 per people.

* No cooking is allowed, offenders will be charged no less than RM100 cleaning fee.

* Pets not allowed.

* Missing Access Card RM 100.00/card

* Extremely dirty unit upon check-out RM 200.00/unit.

* The unit inventory will be checked by our staff upon checked-out. Any missing items shall be charged accordingly Price charged as per item.

* Meanwhile, our staff will check if any facility inside the apartment is missing or misplaced or damaged.

* After everything is confirmed in proper condition, our staff will return your RM100 security deposit.
